Our two companies operate in the digital marketing industry. We are looking for an organised and effective admin and operations executive. The successful candidate will support our digital campaign and admin teams.
- Implement, manage, optimise and report on digital audio campaigns
- Maintain digital advertising campaign dashboards reporting on key performance metrics
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including analysis, commentary and performance evaluation in relation to campaign goals
- Effective communication with external agencies and partners to ensure efficient running of campaigns
- Act as a liaison point between Operations and Finance to ensure campaigns are properly reconciled and invoiced promptlyThere is a lot more within this role and so the successful candidate needs to be versatile and willing.
- BA/BS degree required in Business, Accountancy, (Digital) Marketing, Technology or equivalent experience.
- 1 year experience in a relevant field.
- Analytical with strong mathematical skills and is Google Analytics Certified.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
- Strong organisation and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think commercially.
- We are looking for maturity, someone who can liaise professionally and confidently both internally and externally.
Nice To Have:
- Google Qualifications (Ads, Analytics)
- Design Skills – experience in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
- Directly applicable Financial Accounts, Ad Operations and/or Digital Marketing experience
You will report into the Campaign Director.
